WHAT: A free 2 day workshop is designed and run by Aboriginal Health staff who provide culturally safe programs.

A real opportunity to

• understand more about how to address problems early so things don’t get out of hand
• discuss the issues you find trigger you or someone close to you
• learn how to help someone experiencing mental health problems
• learn how to take care of ourselves when supporting others
